The process is collaborative and you will be engaged every step of the way so the garden is a reflection of your exact tastes and needs. We will go through the entire design process together, communicating regularly from the initial consultation right to the planting and styling of the garden so you can relax and trust your garden is in safe hands. Whether you have a small courtyard or large garden, we will follow the exact same steps to help create the garden of your dreams.

A site visit and initial consultation is the first step in the process, during which we will discuss your vision for the garden along with your needs and aspirations. Following the site visit, you will receive the Design Brief which summarizes the vision for the design and advises upon the fee structure.

We will then undertake a survey of your garden to measure the space, record any level changes and identify any existing trees and plants to be retained.

Concept designs are then produced along with moodboards to capture the inspiration and vision for the garden. The concept stage focuses on proposed layouts and general ordering of the space.

After agreeing upon a concept, we move into producing the masterplan for the design. This includes materials palettes, dimensions and measurements and details of any specific design features. Item description

A planting plan and full planting list is then prepared for your approval, showing the locations of all the proposed plants

A tender package is then produced which can be shared with landscapers to quote. There is the option for regular site visits to monitor progress during the construction stage.

Rebecca offers the option to source and personally position all proposed planting.

Rebecca can source the styling elements for the space, including furniture, soft furnishings, sculptures and water features.
